As of September 30th, 8 weeks after the final TOTP aired, TOTP2 returns after an absence of 2 years on BBC2.
IF THEY CONTINUE TO SHOW THE SAME FOOTAGE THERE WILL BE AN OUTCRY. Time to see the unseen since first transmission stuff that lies in the archive gathering dust.

It seems to be the same footage. Its always Blockbuster by the sweet when they have made loads more records and appearances. Always Starman with bowie and virginia plain roxy music. Hopefully they will dig deep for some not seen clips.

I've already started the outcry, same footage/clips used again as seen in the 10 year history of TOTP2.

Apparently TODAY this news was a Sunday Mirror EXCLUSIVE that it was returning. But I knew about it 3 weeks ago, I knew 2 weeks before they axed TOTP in July as well.
Just take a look at some of these amazing performances from TOTP that you the British public would never see on TOTP2.

Just seen TOTP2....Oh yes i remember pop music....great tunes you can singalong with. Pop music doesnt exist nowadays. I have never seen or heard the Skids track before, The saints and coming. Was a minor hit in 1978 i believe. So many great songs in those days never got to the top30 because there were loads of great tunes about. Bring back POP MUSIK!!

On a very similar note.......I sat and watched the New Pop Years the other day, this HAS been updated and they were showing a lot of good tracks including Human League, Ultravox and the like  .
Well worth a watch you guy's.

Tonights show was dire rubbish of the highest order you can make your own TOTP2 show by watching some of the fantastic performances on youtube before BBC take them down.
Next weeks is just as bad!!!
But you were warned weeks ago.

Omg ..not susy quatro and devilgate drive again...how many more times? She's had about 20 hits and appeared loads of times on totp. Why the same boring clips...
